The Center for Public Justice consults with state, local, and federal agencies about the faith-based and community initiative, the Charitable Choice and Equal Treatment standards, and how an agency can make sure that its policies and practices create a level playing field for all potential providers, including those that are faith-based or smaller. 

We have advised state governments and federal agencies on the design, goals, and tasks of a faith-based and community initiatives office, on conducting formal audits into barriers that block participation by smaller and religious organizations, and on reforms to remove barriers and take up new opportunities to more extensively engage faith-based and grassroots organizations.
